Weekend Update November 6th

Coming Next Week

Next week, we'll celebrate Veteran's Day.  Due to the restrictions with Covid, we won't be able to have our traditional ceremony.  I remember last year that was one of my favorite days.  I hope we'll be able to go back to it next year.  I'd like to sincerely thank all of our nation's veterans, especially those near and dear to Stonehedge.  Thank you for all you do to protect and care for myself and our Stonehedge Community.

A special memory from Last Year's Veterans Day Celebration

Important Information:

Earlier this week, you received a letter regarding a request to potentially change your child’s instructional setting (from remote to in-person, or in-person to remote), please contact the blue office if if you need information regarding the letter.

Positivity Project:

The P2 Strength for next week is:  Bravery. Bravery means that you act with mental, moral, or physical strength even when you know things are difficult or scary. Bravery refers to voluntary (not coerced) action in the face of a dangerous circumstance. This strength involves judgment; the brave person must have an understanding of the risks and consequences involved in acting.

Around School:

Well, we might not know the results of the Presidential election, but we do know the winner of the Favorite Oreo poll in Mrs. Kolis' 1st Grade Class.  Congratulations to the CHOCOLATE OREOS they are a Stonehedge Favorite (BUT... only by one vote!)
