Special Year-End Events for 4th Graders
To celebrate the transition from one school to the next, we have a few special events planned for our 4th graders:
- June 13 & 14 - 4th graders walk the Camillus Splash Pad (teachers will send home details as to which    date their class is going).
- June 21 - 4th Grade Celebration/Picnic.  The brief celebration will be at 11 am.  Parents are welcome to join us outside on the blue playground.

Spring Emergency Drills
We will be carrying out our emergency drills over the next few weeks (evacuation and lockdown drills).  Please do not be alerted if your child comes home talking about them. These need to occur twice a year (Fall and Spring).

PTA:
Family Fun Friday
We hope you and your family can join the PTA for a fun evening out with food trucks, free popcorn and fun on the playground.  Family Fun Friday is Friday, June 3rd from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Around School:
Buddy Day
We are so happy that we had another Buddy Day on Thursday.   Since Wishtree was such a big hit, we are basing this Buddy Day event around the book. Huge shout out to Katie Hayes and the PTA for providing us with a personalized video from the author, Katherine Applegate.

Buddies also worked together to make 3 wishes on the provided tags; a wish for themselves, a wish for someone else, and a wish for the world. Older students  helped younger students with writing.
Then they hung their wishes on the trees along the front sidewalk.
