Library for Our Remote Students

The Stonehedge library is ready to check out to our remote students. Go to the remote learning library page https://sites.google.com/westgenesee.org/k-4-remote-library/home to watch Mrs. Chambala’s video instructions for using the online catalog (OPAC) to find books you might like. There is a link to a google form where you can request the books you’d like. The Stonehedge library staff will pull the book and check it out to you. You can pick it up at Stonehedge inside the Gold Side entryway. Books can be returned to the same place when you are finished with them. We are so excited to start this new service.

Positivity Project:

Perspective means that you appreciate when people see things in different ways. You have the ability to understand the world from multiple points of view. Perspective is also referred to as wisdom and is distinct from intelligence. People with this strength are sought out for advice because they see the big picture and can make sense of the world’s complexity. This strength of perspective gives individuals the ability to see to the heart of difficult matters and achieve clarity. Most importantly, they are honest and behave in an ethically consistent manner.

A Special Pumpkinhedge Edition

Thank you to all of the students, volunteers, staff members and families who made the 2020 Pumpkinhedge a huge success.  We had hundreds of creative pumpkins and luminaries decorated along the path.  We had cars lined up as far as the eye could see.  There was music and laughter, decoratations, costumes, snacks and candy.  It was such a joy to be a part of.  Don't forget this week is FALL FRENZY.  We are kicking it off with
