August 12 Update

 

I hope the summer months have been restful and pleasant for you and your family! The staff at Stonehedge is working hard to prepare for the upcoming 2022-2023 School Year.  A few points we wanted to share: 

• We will be sending the summer mailing with LOTS of important information late next week.  
• Please register in ParentVUE (an email was sent last Friday).  ParentVUE is your access to our new management system, Synergy.  We will no longer be using SchoolTool.  Please register in ParentVUE if you have not already done so. 
• We strongly encourage everyone to use the WG provided transportation.  If you must regularly self transport (more than twice a week), please call the office at 315-487-4633 to get a car tag.  More information will be in the mailing next week regarding traffic flow.

Upcoming Dates:

• Tuesday, August 30th: 9:00 - 10:30am Kindergarten Orientation
• Tuesday, August 30th: 12:00 - 1:00pm New Student Building Tours
• Tuesday, August 30th: 4:00 - 6:00pm Pop in with the Principals for a cold treat and to find your room! 
• Wednesday, Sept 7th: First Day of School
• Tuesday, Sept 13th: Open House
